เจนเนอราลี่ ประกาศแต่งตั้ง นาย อาร์ช คอลมิ (Mr. Arsh Kaumi) รับตำแหน่ง ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร กลุ่มบริษัทเจนเนอราลี่ ไทยแลนด์ คนใหม่อย่างเป็นทางการ

นาย อาร์ช คอลมิ มีความเชี่ยวชาญและมีประสบการณ์ในการพลิกโฉมองค์กร รวมถึงการสร้างความยั่งยืนในการดำเนินธุรกิจ ด้วยการเสริมศักยภาพของบุคคลากร และสร้างวัฒนธรรมการทำงานร่วมกันที่แข็งแกร่ง โดยก่อนหน้านี้ ได้ดำรงตำแหน่งเป็นประธานเจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายช่องทางการจัดจำหน่ายระดับภูมิภาคของเจนเนอราลี่ อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล ในกลุ่มเอเชีย ทั้งในจีน ฮ่องกง อินเดีย อินโดนีเซีย มาเลเซีย ไทย ฟิลิปปินส์ และเวียดนาม อีกทั้งเคยดำรงตำแหน่งรักษาการประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหารเจนเนอราลี่ ฮ่องกง และมีบทบาทสำคัญในการบริหาร การจัดการความเปลี่ยนแปลง การสร้างการเติบโตจากการลงทุน เพื่อส่งมอบผลกำไรให้กับธุรกิจของเจนเนอราลี่ ในฮ่องกงและอินเดีย นอกจากนี้ยังมีประสบการณ์ด้านช่องทางจำหน่าย การเงิน คณิตศาสตร์ประกันภัย และการลงทุนในการบริหารสินทรัพย์ในอุตสาหกรรมประกันภัยอีกด้วย ทั้งนี้ นายอาร์ช คอลมิ ได้สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับ MBA พร้อมคุณวุฒิวิชาชีพทางการเงินและการลงทุนระดับสากล (CFA)

Generali Asia has appointed Arsh Kaumi as Generali Thailand Country Manager and CEO of Generali Life Assurance (Thailand) Plc.

Mr. Arsh Kaumi has extensive global experience in turning around companies and building strong collaborative teams. In his previous role, he was Regional Head of Distribution for Generali International – Asia, driving growth in China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, The Philippines and Vietnam. Prior to that, he was interim CEO for Generali Hong Kong and also played a pivotal role as CFO & CIO in enhancing value, change management and delivering sustainable results for Generali’s businesses in Hong Kong & India. Furthermore, he has experience in distribution, finance, strategy, actuarial and investment in insurance and asset management industries. He holds an MBA and is a fully qualified Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
