กรุงศรี นิมเบิล (Krungsri Nimble) บริษัทด้านการพัฒนาเทคโนโลยี และนวัตกรรมทางการเงินในเครือกรุงศรี สร้างบุคลากรสายเทคโนโลยีเข้าสู่ตลาด ผ่านโครงการ QA Academy เปิดโอกาสให้บุคลากรในกลุ่ม Non IT ที่สนใจ ได้มีโอกาสเข้ามาทำงานและมีประสบการณ์ในสายเทคโนโลยี ได้เรียนรู้ ลงมือทำ และสัมผัสประสบการณ์ทำงานจริงตลอดหนึ่งปีเต็ม พร้อมเงินเดือนและสวัสดิการ ตอบโจทย์เป้าหมายในการสร้างมุ่งพัฒนาบุคลากร ควบคู่ไปกับการพัฒนาเทคโลยีและนวัตกรรม

คอมมูนิตี้ในภาพรวม โดยโครงการ QA Academy ได้ริเริ่มขึ้นเพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้กลุ่มคนที่ไม่ได้เรียนจบหรือมีประสบการณ์การทำงานในสายงานด้านไอทีหรือซอฟต์แวร์ แต่มีความสนใจและต้องการเข้ามาเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของเทคคอมมูนิตี้ ได้เข้ามาเรียนรู้ ทำงานตรงด้านเทคโนโลยี ได้มีส่วนร่วมลงมือทำในโปรเจกต์ต่างๆ ที่กรุงศรี นิมเบิลพัฒนาขึ้น โดยมีโค้ชซึ่งเป็นทีมงานของกรุงศรี นิมเบิล ที่มีประสบการณ์และอยู่ในสายงานด้านเทคโนโลยีโดยตรงเป็นผู้ฝึกสอนและให้การดูแลตลอดระยะเวลาหนึ่งปีเต็ม จึงเป็นการเพิ่มความสามารถให้คนกลุ่มเหล่านั้นได้มีความรู้และศักยภาพ จนสามารถได้รับโอกาสเข้าร่วมงานกับบริษัทด้านไอทีทั่วไปหรือร่วมงานกับกรุงศรี นิมเบิลเอง”

Krungsri Nimble opens innovation playground for non-IT personnel,
to get hands-on experience in IT field through QA Academy Program
Bangkok (24 November 2023) – Krungsri Nimble, an IT solution hub of Krungsri Group, is striving to build up technology personnel for the market through the QA Academy Program, which allows interested non-IT people to work, learn new skills and gain hands-on experience in the IT field for one full year with remuneration and welfare. The program aims to achieve the objectives of both personnel development and technology and innovation development.
Mr. Teeraphong Mahatham, Managing Director of Krungsri Nimble Company Limited, said “One of the key focus areas of Krungsri Nimble is people, we believe that people development will contribute to well-rounded benefits, whether the benefits to these people directly, to the organization or to the development of the tech community at large. The QA Academy Program was initiated to provide an opportunity for those who do not have an academic background or working experience in the field of IT or software but are interested to take part in the tech community to learn and gain practical IT experience. Participants in the program will be given opportunities to learn and work in several projects developed by Krungsri Nimble under close coaching and mentoring of an expert team who are IT specialists of Krungsri Nimble for a period of one whole year. They will be empowered with IT knowledge and capabilities so that they are good fit for any IT firm or being a team of Krungsri Nimble.”

The first season of the QA Academy Program started in early 2023 with 12 participants successfully passing the selection.
