เจนเนอราลี่ ไทยแลนด์ ประกาศความสำเร็จบนเวที “Generali Asia MDRT Convention 2025” คว้ารางวัลใหญ่ ROAR CLUB ASIA CHAMPION – Group Manager ผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายขายที่สามารถสร้างสมาชิก MDRT ได้สูงที่สุดในเอเชีย สะท้อนศักยภาพการพัฒนาบุคลากรช่องทางจำหน่ายของประเทศไทย ซึ่งจัดขึ้นเมื่อเร็วๆ นี้ ณ เมืองดานัง ประเทศเวียดนาม

การเฉลิมฉลองความสำเร็จในครั้งนี้ ตอกย้ำถึงการให้ความสำคัญ และความมุ่งมั่นในการพัฒนาช่องทางตัวแทน ในการผลักดันศักยภาพตัวแทนของกลุ่มเจนเนอราลี่ ทั้งในด้าน ทักษะ และมาตรฐานการให้บริการ โดยมีคุณวุฒิ MDRT เป็นเครื่องสะท้อนความตั้งใจและความมุ่งมั่นในการยกระดับคุณภาพตัวแทนไทยให้ทัดเทียมระดับสากล โดยครั้งนี้ ตัวแทนบริหารของเจนเนอราลี่ ไทยแลนด์ สามารถคว้ารางวัลอันทรงเกียรติระดับภูมิภาคเอเชีย “ROAR CLUB ASIA CHAMPION – Group Manager” ซึ่งมอบให้แก่ผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายขายที่สามารถสร้างสมาชิก MDRT ได้สูงที่สุดในเอเชีย พร้อมเงินรางวัลกว่า 10,000 ดอลล่าสหรัฐ คิดเป็นเงินไทยที่กว่า 320,000 บาท อันเป็นการแสดงให้เห็นถึงศักยภาพของทีมตัวแทนจำหน่ายที่แข็งแกร่ง และระบบการสนับสนุนที่มีประสิทธิภาพ
นอกจากนี้กิจกรรม Generali Asia MDRT Convention 2025 ยังได้เปิดระดมทุนสนับสนุนโครงการ The Human Safety Net (THSN) ภารกิจด้านสังคมระดับโลกของกลุ่มเจนเนอราลี่ ที่มุ่งสร้างความเปลี่ยนแปลง ทั้งในมิติของธุรกิจและสังคมไปพร้อมกัน โดยตั้งเป้ายอดบริจาคที่ 5,000 ยูโร เพื่อนำไปบริจาคให้เด็กผู้ด้อยโอกาส กว่า 400 ราย ในประเทศเวียดนาม
Generali Thailand Wins Prestigious Award at Generali Asia MDRT Convention 2025
Generali Thailand has achieved a significant milestone at the “Generali Asia MDRT Convention 2025,” securing the prestigious ROAR CLUB ASIA CHAMPION – Group Manager award. This recognition is granted to the agency director who has developed the highest number of MDRT members in Asia, underscoring Thailand’s excellence in agency channel development. The convention was recently held in Da Nang, Vietnam.
Mr. Arsh Kaumi, Country Manager & CEO of Generali Thailand, together with Mr.Somsak Uttasaereepong, Chief Agency Officer of Generali Life Assurance (Thailand) Public Company Limited, led a team of distinguished agency executives and MDRT-qualified representativesat the COT (Court of the Table), TOT (Top of the Table), and ROAR Club levels. ROAR Club is Generali’s exclusive recognition program for leaders who cultivate MDRT talent. They joined over 700 MDRT-qualified agents from Generali offices across Asia, including Vietnam, Indonesia, China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and India.
The event was honored by the presence of top executives from Generali Group, including Mr.Giulio Terzariol, CEO Insurance, Generali Group, Mr.Marco Sesana, General Manager, Generali Group, Ms.Isabelle Conner, Chief Marketing & Customer Officer, Generali Group, Mr.Jaime Anchustegui, Deputy CEO Insurance, Generali Group, Mr. Santiago Villa, Chief Insurance Officer, Generali Group. At this year’s convention, Generali Thailand’s agency director proudly received the ROAR CLUB ASIA CHAMPION – Group Manager award along with a prize of over USD 10,000 (approximately THB 320,000). This honor highlights the strength of the company’s agency network and its robust support infrastructure.
In addition to the celebration, the Generali Asia MDRT Convention 2025 also featured a charitable initiative to raise funds for The Human Safety Net (THSN) — Generali Group’s global social impact movement. With a donation target of EUR 5,000, the funds will help support over 400 underprivileged children in Vietnam, demonstrating the company’s mission to drive business and societal transformation hand in hand.
