เมื่อวันที่ 22-23 ตุลาคม 2568 สมาคมปัญญาประดิษฐ์ประเทศไทย (AIAT) จัดงานใหญ่ Super AI Engineer: The 5th National AI Exhibition ภายใต้ธีมงานเฉลิมฉลองครบรอบ 5 ปี โครงการ Super AI Engineer และครบรอบ 10 ปี สมาคมปัญญาประดิษฐ์ประเทศไทย (AIAT) ณ ศูนย์การค้าเซ็นทรัล พระราม 9
ในพิธีเปิดงานได้รับเกียรติจากนางสาวศุภมาส อิศรภักดี รัฐมนตรีประจำสำนักนายกรัฐมนตรี กล่าวเปิดงานผ่านวีดีทัศน์ โดยระบุว่า “โครงการ Super AI Engineer เป็นโครงการที่ดิฉันให้ความสนใจเป็นอย่างมากและสนับสนุนการดำเนินกิจกรรมมาโดยตลอด นับตั้งแต่ดำรงตำแหน่ง รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม (อว.) จวบจนถึงปัจจุบัน เพราะเชื่อมั่นว่าโครงการนี้จะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อประเทศในการสร้างกำลังคนทักษะสูงด้าน AI สร้างนวัตกร วิศวกร และสร้างนักวิจัยด้านปัญญาประดิษฐ์ เพื่อเป็นรากฐานที่สำคัญในการพัฒนาประเทศ รองรับอุตสาหกรรมขั้นสูง อันจะนำไปสู่การสร้างเศรษฐกิจใหม่และเม็ดเงินลงทุนอีกเป็นจำนวนมาก ขอแสดงความยินดีกับความสำเร็จของโครงการและขอชื่นชมสมาคมปัญญาประดิษฐ์ประเทศไทยและภาคีเครือข่าย ที่ได้ร่วมกันขับเคลื่อนกิจกรรมในครั้งนี้”
บพค. ย้ำความสำคัญของกำลังคนคุณภาพสูงด้าน AI
ดร.รัฐภูมิ ตู้จินดา รองผู้อำนวยการหน่วยบริหารและจัดการทุนด้านการพัฒนากำลังคนและทุนด้านการพัฒนาสถาบันอุดมศึกษา การวิจัยและการสร้างนวัตกรรม (บพค.) กล่าวแสดงความยินดีกับความสำเร็จของโครงการ Super AI Engineer ที่ก้าวสู่ปีที่ 5 และสมาคมปัญญาประดิษฐ์ประเทศไทยที่เดินหน้ามาอย่างมั่นคงถึง 10 ปี ซึ่งนับเป็นเวทีสำคัญที่รวบรวมพลังคนไทยด้าน AI ทุกภาคส่วนเข้าด้วยกัน และความสำเร็จนี้แสดงให้เห็นถึงการตอบรับที่ดีจากสังคมและความมุ่งมั่นในการสร้างกำลังคนคุณภาพสูงด้าน AI ให้กับประเทศไทย ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับวิสัยทัศน์และกรอบนโยบายของ บพค. ในการพัฒนากำลังคนสมรรถนะสูงและงานวิจัยขั้นแนวหน้า เพื่อสร้างศักยภาพการแข่งขันของประเทศไทยในเวทีโลก โดย บพค. ได้สนับสนุนโครงการ Super AI Engineer อย่างต่อเนื่องตั้งแต่ปีที่ 1 จนถึงปัจจุบัน ซึ่งในปีนี้ โครงการ Super AI Engineer ได้สร้างวิศวกร AI และผู้ใช้ AI Tools จำนวนมาก โครงการนี้จึงมีบทบาทสำคัญในการแก้ปัญหาขาดแคลนบุคลากรด้าน AI อันเป็นรากฐานที่สำคัญต่อการพัฒนาประเทศและการแข่งขันในเวทีโลก
AIAT สร้างระบบนิเวศ AI ของคนไทย
ดร.เทพชัย ทรัพย์นิธิ นายกสมาคมปัญญาประดิษฐ์ประเทศไทย (AIAT) กล่าวว่า “การสร้างบุคลากรด้าน AI ที่มีคุณภาพ เป็นรากฐานสำคัญในการเปลี่ยนแปลงประเทศ ให้เข้าสู่ยุค AI อย่างแท้จริง บุคลากรที่ผ่านการบ่มเพาะจากโครงการ Super AI Engineer นี้ ได้มีส่วนร่วมในการผลักดันอุตสาหกรรมในประเทศ การยกระดับความรู้ความสามารถให้ประชาชน เนื่องจากไม่ใช่แค่การสร้างเครื่องมือ AI แต่ต้องยกระดับคนให้สามารถใช้เครื่องมือ AI ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ดังนั้น เราจึงมุ่งเน้นสร้างระบบนิเวศของการพัฒนากำลังคน โดยนำคนที่เก่งมาเป็นกำลังหลักของประเทศ และสร้างคนที่มีสามารถปรับตัว ภายใต้การเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็ว ของเทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์”
Super AI Engineer Season 5: สร้างคน-สร้างนวัตกรรม-สร้างอนาคต
ผศ.ดร. นงนุช เกตุ้ย หัวหน้าโครงการ Super AI Engineer Season 5 / อุปนายกคนที่ 1 สมาคมปัญญาประดิษฐ์ประเทศไทย (AIAT) ได้กล่าวถึงโครงการ Super AI Engineer ปีที่ 5 ว่า ปีนี้ได้มุ่งเน้นการสร้างคนที่นำเครื่องมือ AI ไปใช้ การสร้างคนที่พัฒนาแบบจำลองโมเดล และการสร้างคนที่คิดพัฒนาองค์ความรู้ใหม่ โดยความร่วมมือของศูนย์ประสานงานเครือข่ายภูมิภาค หน่วยงานบ่มเพาะนวัตกร หน่วยงานภาครัฐและเอกชน ทั่วประเทศมากกว่า 50 หน่วยงาน ทั้งนี้บุคลากรที่ได้รับการพัฒนาสามารถใช้เครื่องมือ AI และต่อยอดเป็นนวัตกรรมที่นำไปใช้กับโจทย์จริง มองเห็นปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในภาคอุตสาหกรรม คิด พัฒนา ออกแบบ โมเดล ทั้งในเชิงวิศวกรรมและวิจัย โดยมีจำนวนผู้ลงทะเบียนในโครงการ 12,718 คน แยกเป็นกลุ่ม AI Innovator 4,576 คน AI Engineer 3,675 คน AI Researcher 1,003 คน โดยผ่านเข้ารับการบ่มเพาะอย่างเข้มข้นทั้ง 3 กลุ่ม มีจำนวน 1,304 คน 368 คน และ 28 คน ตามลำดับ ทั้งนี้มีผลงานนวัตกรรมที่เกิดขึ้นใน Track AI Innovator มากว่า 210 ผลงาน มีแบบจำลองโมเดล แพลตฟอร์ม หรือแอปพลิเคชัน ในช่วงของการแสดงฝีมือในหน่วยงาน สถานประกอบการต่าง ๆ มากกว่า 100 ผลงาน และยังมีการบ่มเพาะการเป็นวิสาหกิจเริ่มต้น AI Startup จำนวน 3-5 ทีม ใน Track AI Engineer ในขณะที่ Track AI Reseacher อยู่ในระหว่างการพัฒนาบทความวิจัย วิชาการ เพื่อเผยแพร่ผลงานในระดับสากล
เวทีรวมพลังคนไทยด้าน AI ครั้งใหญ่
ภายในงาน ยังมีพิธีมอบรางวัลเกียรติยศให้กับสุดยอดนักปัญญาประดิษฐ์แห่งอนาคต ทั้งรางวัลเหรียญทอง เหรียญเงิน เหรียญทองแดง สำหรับผู้เข้าร่วม Track AI Engineer โดยพิจารณาจากผลคะแนนรวม และโล่รางวัลให้กับผู้ที่ได้รางวัลชนะเลิศจาก ศูนย์ประสานงานเครือข่ายภูมิภาคและหน่วยบ่มเพาะของ Track AI Innovator อีกด้วย
ซึ่งตลอดทั้ง 2 วันของการจัดงาน ยังมีการจัดแสดงสุดยอดผลงานนวัตกรรมด้านปัญญาประดิษฐ์ฝีมือคนไทยของผู้ร่วมโครงการ Super AI Engineer ทั้ง Track AI Innovator และ AI Engineer จากทั่วประเทศ และยังถือเป็นการรวมตัวกันของคนสาย AI ตัวจริงจากทั่วประเทศไทยครั้งประวัติศาสตร์
นอกจากนี้ยังมีกิจกรรม AI Researcher and AI Engineer Meetup นำเสนองานวิจัยด้าน AI ที่ได้รับความสนใจมีผู้เข้าฟังเป็นจำนวนมาก ถือเป็นจุดสำคัญของการผลักดันวงการวิจัยด้าน AI ของประเทศไทยที่สามารถสร้างความสนใจให้กับคนในวงกว้าง
และ Startup Pitching โดยเป็น Startup ที่เกิดขึ้นจากผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการ Super AI Engineer ใน Season ต่าง ๆ ชิงเงินรางวัลจากบริษัท Security Pitch และ computer notebook จากสมาคมปัญญาประดิษฐ์ประเทศไทย พร้อมโอกาสได้รับการลงทุนจาก VC ต่อไปในอนาคต ซึ่งผู้คว้ารางวัลชนะเลิศได้แก่ Nerth.ai

5 ปี Super AI Engineer – 10 ปี AIAT
สำหรับโครงการ Super AI Engineer เป็นโครงการพัฒนาบุคลากรด้านปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) ระดับแนวหน้าของประเทศไทย โดยโครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อเพิ่มกำลังคนด้านปัญญาประดิษฐ์ให้กับประเทศไทย ให้ประเทศไทยสามารถทัดเทียมและแข่งขันในระดับโลกได้ ซึ่งในปีที่ 5 นี้ ได้แบ่งออกเป็น 3 track คือ AI Innovator, AI Engineer และ AI Researcher โดยในปีที่ผ่าน ๆ มา ประสบความสำเร็จเป็นอย่างมาก ได้สร้างนักพัฒนา AI ระดับคุณภาพให้กับองค์กรต่าง ๆ และภาคอุตสาหกรรมแล้วอย่างมากมาย และดำเนินต่อเนื่องมาเป็นปีที่ 5 ภายใต้ชื่อ Super AI Engineer Season 5 ที่ได้รับความร่วมมือและการสนับสนุนจากองค์กรทั้งภาครัฐและเอกชนจำนวนมาก ร่วมกันขับเคลื่อนการสร้างกำลังคนด้านปัญญาประดิษฐ์ให้กับประเทศไทยต่อไป และในปีนี้ ยังเป็นโอกาสพิเศษ ที่สมาคมปัญญาประดิษฐ์ประเทศไทย (AIAT) ผู้ดำเนินโครงการ Super AI Engineer มีอายุ ครบ 10 ปี และโครงการ Super AI Engineer ครบรอบ 5 ปีอีกด้วย

“Super AI Engineer: The 5th National AI Exhibition” — A major gathering of Thailand’s AI talents, celebrating the 5th anniversary of the Super AI Engineer Program and the 10th anniversary of AIAT.
On October 22–23, 2025, the Artificial Intelligence Association of Thailand (AIAT) hosted “Super AI Engineer: The 5th National AI Exhibition” at Central Rama 9. The event was held under the theme of celebrating the 5th anniversary of the Super AI Engineer program and the 10th anniversary of AIAT, marking a significant milestone for Thailand’s AI ecosystem.
The opening ceremony was honored by a special video address from Ms. Supamas Isarabhakdi, Minister attached to the Prime Minister’s Office.
“The Super AI Engineer program is a project that I have closely followed and supported since my time as Minister of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation. I believe this initiative plays a crucial role in developing high-skilled AI talent, nurturing innovators, engineers, and researchers in artificial intelligence — laying a solid foundation for national development and supporting advanced industries. This will ultimately drive the creation of a new economy and attract substantial investment.
I would like to extend my heartfelt congratulations on the program’s success and express my appreciation to the Artificial Intelligence Association of Thailand and its partners for their dedication in driving this important initiative forward.”
PMU-B Emphasizes the Importance of High-Quality AI Talent
Dr. Rattapoom Tuchinda, Deputy Director of the Program Management Unit for Human Resources & Institutional Development, Research and Innovation (PMU-B), congratulated the Super AI Engineer program on reaching its 5th year and the Artificial Intelligence Association of Thailand (AIAT) on its 10th anniversary of steady growth. He emphasized that this milestone represents a vital platform uniting AI talent from all sectors across Thailand.
He noted that the program’s success reflects strong support from society and a shared determination to build a highly skilled AI workforce for the country. This vision aligns closely with PMU-B’s mission and strategic framework to develop advanced human resources and cutting-edge research, strengthening Thailand’s competitiveness on the global stage.
PMU-B has continuously supported the Super AI Engineer program since its first year. In 2025, the program has produced a large number of AI engineers and AI tool users — playing a crucial role in addressing the shortage of AI professionals, which forms a key foundation for national development and international competitiveness.
AIAT Builds Thailand’s AI Ecosystem
Thepchai Supnithi, Ph.D., President of Artificial Intelligence Association of Thailand, stated: “Developing high-quality AI talent is a crucial foundation for transforming the country and fully entering the AI era. Graduates of the Super AI Engineer program have played a key role in driving domestic industries and elevating public knowledge and skills. It’s not just about creating AI tools — it’s about empowering people to use those tools effectively. That’s why we focus on building a human capital development ecosystem: bringing together top talent to become the driving force of the nation, while also nurturing individuals who can adapt to the rapid changes brought by artificial intelligence.”
Super AI Engineer Season 5: Empowering People – Driving Innovation – Shaping the Future
Asst. Prof. Dr. Nongnuch Ketui, Head of the Super AI Engineer Season 5 project and First Vice President of the Artificial Intelligence Association of Thailand (AIAT), shared that this year’s program focuses on three key areas: developing people who can utilize AI tools, developing people who can build AI models, and developing people who can create new knowledge.
This has been made possible through the collaboration of regional network coordination centers, innovation incubation agencies, and more than 50 government and private sector organizations nationwide. The program aims to produce skilled talent capable of applying AI tools to real-world problems, identifying industry pain points, and designing and developing solutions through both engineering and research approaches. A total of 12,718 participants registered for the program, which can be divided into 4,576 AI Innovators, 3,675 AI Engineers, and 1,003 AI Researchers. A total of 1,304, 368, and 28 participants from the three groups respectively advanced to the intensive incubation program.
The program has produced over 210 innovation projects from the AI Innovator track, including more than 100 AI models, platforms, and applications developed and demonstrated in real industry settings. Additionally, 3–5 AI Startup teams are being incubated in the AI Engineer track, while the AI Researcher track is currently developing academic papers for publication at the international level.
A Historic Gathering of Thailand’s AI Talent
The event featured an award ceremony honoring outstanding future AI talents, with Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals presented to top participants in the AI Engineer track based on their overall performance scores. In addition, plaques of honor were awarded to the top winners from regional network coordination centers and innovation incubation units in the AI Innovator track.
Throughout the two-day event, visitors experienced a showcase of Thailand’s top AI innovations created by participants in the Super AI Engineer program, both from the AI Innovator and AI Engineer tracks nationwide. It marked a historic gathering of AI practitioners and talents from across the country, bringing together a vibrant community of Thailand’s AI ecosystem.
The event also featured an AI Researcher & AI Engineer Meetup, where AI research works were presented to a large and engaged audience. This became an important milestone in driving Thailand’s AI research landscape and sparking broader public interest.
Another highlight was the Startup Pitching session, featuring startups founded by alumni of past Super AI Engineer seasons, competing for cash prizes from Security Pitch and laptops sponsored by AIAT. The winning team — Nerth.ai — also received an opportunity to connect with venture capitalists for potential future investment.
“Super AI Engineer: The 5th National AI Exhibition” truly stands as a historic gathering of Thailand’s AI workforce, not only showcasing the nation’s AI capabilities but also marking the beginning of a new knowledge- and innovation-driven economy.
5 Years of Super AI Engineer – 10 Years of AIAT
The Super AI Engineer program is one of Thailand’s leading initiatives for developing high-potential artificial intelligence (AI) talent. Its primary objective is to increase the number of skilled AI professionals in Thailand, enabling the country to compete on the global stage.
In its 5th year, the program is divided into three tracks — AI Innovator, AI Engineer, and AI Researcher. Over the past years, the program has achieved remarkable success, producing a large pool of skilled AI developers who have contributed significantly to various organizations and industries.
Now entering its fifth consecutive year under the name Super AI Engineer Season 5, the program continues to grow with strong support from both public and private sector organizations that are working together to drive Thailand’s AI talent development forward.
