สำหรับประเทศไทย FWD ประกันชีวิต สานต่อสองโครงการหลักเพื่อสนับสนุนเยาวชนและสังคมในการพัฒนาตนเองและลดความเหลื่อมล้ำ ได้แก่:
• ทุนการศึกษาอาชีพด้านการโรงแรม – มูลนิธิพิมาลี (Pimali Foundation): สนับสนุนทุนการศึกษาจำนวน 7 ทุน แก่เยาวชนที่มีโอกาสทางการศึกษาจำกัดในศูนย์ฝึกวิชาชีพการโรงแรมและงานบริการพิมาลี ภายใต้การดำเนินงานของมูลนิธิพิมาลี– ศูนย์ฝึกวิชาชีพการโรงแรมและงานบริการพิมาลี จังหวัดหนองคาย ดำเนินงานภายใต้แนวคิด “เรียนรู้ผ่านการลงมือทำ (Learning by Doing)” ให้นักเรียนฝึกปฏิบัติงานจริงด้านครัว บริการอาหาร-เครื่องดื่ม และงานดูแลห้องพักภายในศูนย์ฝึก โดยมีนักเรียนได้รับทุนการศึกษาเต็มจำนวนจาก FWD ประกันชีวิต อย่างต่อเนื่องตั้งแต่ปี 2566 ปัจจุบันผู้สำเร็จการฝึกอบรมกว่า 82% ได้รับโอกาสทำงานในโรงแรมระดับ 5 ดาวในประเทศไทย
• โครงการ JA SparktheDream – Junior Achievement Thailand: บริษัทฯ ร่วมกับมูลนิธิ Junior Achievement Thailand จัดทำโครงการ JA SparktheDream เป็นปีที่สามต่อเนื่อง เพื่อพัฒนาเยาวชนให้มีความรู้และทักษะการจัดการการเงินผ่านหลักสูตร 4 หัวข้อหลัก การออม การหาเงิน การใช้จ่าย และการแบ่งปัน โดยมีอาสาสมัคร FWD ร่วมถ่ายทอดความรู้และสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ ซึ่ง FWD ประกันชีวิต ได้ร่วมสนับสนุนตั้งแต่ปี 2566 และสามารถเข้าถึงนักเรียนได้มากกว่า 3,000 คนทั่วกรุงเทพฯ และปริมณฑล สำหรับปีนี้ตั้งเป้าเพิ่มการเข้าถึงอีก 1,000 คน พร้อมอาสาสมัครกว่า 200 คนเข้าร่วม ในปีนี้ได้จัดให้มีกิจกรรม Train the Trainer การฝึกอบรมครู 30 คน ด้านความรู้ทางการเงิน เพื่อเสริมทักษะการจัดการการเงิน และนำไปถ่ายทอดให้นักเรียนสามารถนำไปใช้ได้จริงในชีวิตประจำวัน
โครงการนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของความร่วมมือระดับภูมิภาคระหว่าง FWD Group กับ JA (Junior Achievement) Worldwide – องค์กรการกุศลด้านเยาวชนที่ได้รับการเสนอชื่อเข้าชิงรางวัลโนเบลสาขาสันติภาพปี 2025 – เพื่อเดินหน้าส่งเสริมทักษะทางการเงินแก่เยาวชนกว่า 40,000 คนทั่วเอเชียภายในปี 2027 ผ่านโปรแกรมการเรียนรู้ที่ได้รับรางวัลมาแล้ว ซึ่งโครงการระยะถัดไปจะผสานเครื่องมือใหม่ ๆ ที่เน้นการเสริมสร้างความรู้ทางการเงิน ควบคู่กับการดูแลสุขภาวะทางใจและความยืดหยุ่นในการใช้ชีวิต พร้อมทั้งเปิดโอกาสให้ครูและครอบครัวเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมมากขึ้น

across Asia with social impact in Thailand

For Thailand, FWD Insurance continues to drive two key initiatives to support youth and communities in personal development and reducing social inequality:
• Hospitality Vocational Scholarships – Pimali Foundation: FWD Insurance grants seven scholarships for underprivileged youth at the Pimali Hospitality and Service Vocational Training Center in Nong Khai Province. Operating under the “Learning by Doing” approach, students gain hands-on experience in kitchen operations, food and beverage service, and room care within the training center. Since 2023, FWD Insurance has continuously provided full scholarships, with over 82% of graduates securing employment in five-star hotels across Thailand.
• JA SparktheDream – Junior Achievement Thailand: For the third consecutive year, FWD Insurance has partnered with Junior Achievement Thailand to deliver the JA SparktheDream programme, equipping youth with financial literacy skills across four key areas: earning, saving, spending, and sharing. FWD volunteers deliver knowledge and inspiration, reaching over 3,000 students in Bangkok and surrounding areas since 2023. This year, the programme aims to reach an additional 1,000 students, supported by over 200 volunteers. A Train-the-Trainer initiative was also introduced, training 30 teachers in financial literacy to strengthen their skills and enable them to pass on practical financial knowledge to students.
This initiative is part of a regional collaboration between FWD Group and JA (Junior Achievement) Worldwide – a youth-focused charity nominated for the 2025 Nobel Peace Prize – aimed at promoting financial literacy for over 40,000 young people across Asia by 2027 through its award-winning learning programme. The next phase of the initiative will incorporate new tools to strengthen financial literacy, alongside supporting mental wellbeing and life resilience, while creating greater opportunities for teachers and families to be involved.
