ThaiBev Wins Most Transparent Company Award (Big Cap Category)
at SIAS Investors’ Choice Awards 2026

Thai Beverage Public Company Limited (“ThaiBev”) has received the Most Transparent Company Award in the Big Cap Category at the Investors’ Choice Awards 2026, organized by the Securities Investors Association (Singapore) (“SIAS”).
The Most Transparent Company Award recognizes ThaiBev’s commitment to transparency and timely disclosure of information, as well as upholding shareholders’ rights and ensuring equitable treatment of shareholders. ThaiBev was assessed alongside all SGX-listed companies on transparency and disclosure under the STARS framework, developed jointly by SIAS and NUS Business School’s Centre for Governance and Sustainability to evaluate the governance practices of listed companies.

บริษัท ไทยเบฟเวอเรจ จำกัด (มหาชน) (“ไทยเบฟ”) คว้ารางวัลบริษัทที่มีความโปร่งใสมากที่สุด (Most Transparent Company Award) ในกลุ่มบริษัทขนาดใหญ่ตามมูลค่าตลาด (Big Cap Category) จากงาน Investors’ Choice Awards ประจำปี 2569 ซึ่งจัดขึ้นโดยสมาคมนักลงทุนหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศสิงคโปร์ (Securities Investors Association (Singapore) (“SIAS”)
รางวัลดังกล่าวสะท้อนถึงความมุ่งมั่นของไทยเบฟในการดำเนินงานอย่างโปร่งใสและเปิดเผยข้อมูลอย่างทันท่วงที ตลอดจนการคุ้มครองสิทธิและการปฏิบัติต่อผู้ถือหุ้นอย่างเท่าเทียม โดยในด้านการพิจารณารางวัล ไทยเบฟและบริษัทจดทะเบียนทั้งหมดในตลาดหลักทรัพย์สิงคโปร์ ได้รับการประเมินด้านความโปร่งใสและการเปิดเผยข้อมูล ภายใต้กรอบ STARS framework ซึ่งเป็นเกณฑ์ที่ SIAS และศูนย์ธรรมาภิบาลและความยั่งยืน (Centre for Governance and Sustainability) ของสถาบันบริหารธุรกิจ มหาวิทยาลัยแห่งชาติสิงคโปร์ (National University of Singapore) ร่วมกันพัฒนาขึ้นเพื่อใช้ประเมินแนวปฏิบัติด้านการกำกับดูแลกิจการของบริษัทจดทะเบียนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์
