ความสำเร็จในการออกและเสนอขายหุ้นกู้เพื่ออนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อมในครั้งนี้ นับเป็นความร่วมมืออย่างต่อเนื่องระหว่างกรุงศรีและราช กรุ๊ป ภายหลังจากความสำเร็จในการระดมทุนผ่านสินเชื่อเพื่ออนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อมและเพื่อความยั่งยืน (Green and Sustainability Loan) วงเงิน 5,000 ล้านบาท ในปี 2568 สะท้อนถึงความมุ่งมั่นร่วมกันในการขับเคลื่อนพันธกิจของราช กรุ๊ป ในการผลิตและส่งมอบพลังงานไฟฟ้าที่เชื่อถือได้และเป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม ควบคู่กับการพัฒนาโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านพลังงาน เพื่อสร้างมูลค่าองค์กรอย่างยั่งยืน และเสริมสร้างความมั่นคงด้านพลังงานของประเทศ โดยกรุงศรียังคงมุ่งมั่นในการสนับสนุนโครงการสำคัญดังกล่าว และมีส่วนร่วมในการผลักดันการเติบโตทางเศรษฐกิจของประเทศไทยอย่างยั่งยืนต่อไป
Krungsri and RATCH Group Celebrate the Success of THB 3.5 Billion Green Debenture Offering
Bangkok (6 May 2026) – Krungsri (Bank of Ayudhya PCL), as the Sole Lead arranger and Sole Sustainability Structuring Advisor for RATCH Group PCL, led by Mr. Prakob Phiencharoen (4th from left), Head of Corporate and Investment Banking Group, together with executives from leading investment institutions, joined in congratulating RATCH Group’s management team, led by Mr. Nitus Voraphonpiput (5th from left), Chief Executive Officer and President, and Mrs. Wadeerat Charoencoop (5th from right), Chief Financial Officer, on the highly successful issuance and offering of its Green Debenture amounting to THB 3,500 million.
The successful issuance and offering of this Green Debentures marks a continued collaboration between Krungsri and RATCH Group, following the achievement of a THB 5,000 million Green and Sustainability Loan in 2025. This reflects the shared commitment to advancing RATCH Group’s mission of generating and delivering reliable, environmentally friendly electricity, while continuously developing energy infrastructure to create sustainable long-term corporate value and strengthen Thailand’s energy security.
